Our inspection facilities possess a wide range of procedures covering internal processes and quality level requirements available upon request to our customers.
All inspection and employee measuring and test equipment (M&TE) are rigorously calibrated and documented as per our quality assurance manual, at several intervals per year to track gauges from excessive wear and tear. This ensures dimensional conformance, and exhibits our commitment in constantly upgrading our M&TE on a regular basis to meet the demands of the evolving industries we serve.
We believe in absolute traceability and verification of authenticity. This helps to establish proven reliability at the start of your project; ensuring that all raw materials and hardware purchases are at the highest quality, providing our customers with the security they need to safeguard their projects from counterfeit, fraudulent, or substandard items.
